You can surely remember them all just by looking at Wikipedia pages and the first few pages of the books which list the current (living) cats in their respective clans.

It was because we met the Tribe of Rushing Water in the middle of Moonrise (or so my memory serves).

Then it may just be some kind of printing error. It happens at times.

An example being
